The Dakar version described here adds an ultra-heavy-duty carcass for riders carrying loads or tackling especially difficult routes. Its reinforced structure is designed to resist damage while the chevron pattern keeps working across tarmac, gravel and loose off-road surfaces. The 50/50 concept means neither road nor trail use is treated as an afterthought, making it suitable for journeys where the surface can change repeatedly.
