Mitas Enduro Trail ADV 2 – adventure tyre for road and light off-road use
Developed for modern adventure and touring-enduro motorcycles, the ADV 2 combines strong road behaviour with useful trail capability. It suits riders spending most of their time on asphalt but regularly using gravel roads, forest tracks and light terrain.
- Its intended 70/30 balance means approximately 70% road and 30% off road. This supports stable, comfortable motorway touring without neglecting traction on loose ground.
- A new chevron pattern with deep blocks clears itself effectively and finds grip on gravel, sand and light trails. On tarmac, its arrangement limits noise and vibration.
- Multi-compound technology uses wear-resistant rubber through the centre and grippier shoulders at lean. High silica content improves traction in rain and lower temperatures.
- The revised carcass suits modern adventure bikes, providing high-speed stability and long-distance comfort while remaining controlled with luggage or at motorway pace.
Depending on tyre size and vehicle approval, examples include BMW R1300GS, Honda Africa Twin, Yamaha Ténéré 700, KTM 890 Adventure, Ducati Multistrada and Triumph Tiger 900.
