Michelin Power 6 – hypersport tyre
The Power 6 succeeds the Power 5 and sits between Michelin’s Road 6 sport-touring tyre and the circuit-oriented Power GP2. It is designed to give sporting road riders a strong balance of traction, agility and service life.
- Silica compound: A 100% silica rubber formulation provides dependable grip in wet and dry conditions.
- 2CT+ technology: Both front and rear use Dual Compound Technology+, combining firmer central rubber for stability with softer shoulders for cornering grip.
- Radial-X EVO carcass: Used with Aramid Shield technology, the new construction supports precise steering and stability at high speed.
- Tread layout: A 14% negative tread ratio clears water efficiently and improves wet-road traction.
