Michelin Road 6 GT – sport-touring rear tyre
Building on the Road 5, the Road 6 GT is intended for touring motorcycles ridden in varied weather. It improves wet grip, cornering support and mileage while adding a more robust GT construction.
- Improved wet grip: 100% MICHELIN® Silica Technology™ and MICHELIN® Water Evergrip Technology™ provide up to 15% more wet adhesion than the Road 5.
- Cornering stability: MICHELIN® 2CT+ Technology™ is used at both axles to increase support at lean under strong acceleration or braking.
- Longer service life: Michelin states 10% greater mileage than the previous model.
The Road 6 range is offered in front and rear sizes for many roadsters and sport-tourers, while the GT version is intended especially for heavier touring machines.
GT means Gran Turismo: a more durable, stable and robust specification.
