Michelin Power Pure SC – scooter tyre
The Power Pure SC was the first scooter tyre to use motorcycle racing-derived dual-compound technology (2CT). It balances grip, stability and durability for sporting riders in urban traffic and on flowing country roads.
- Dual-compound technology (2CT): harder centre rubber supports stability and mileage, while softer shoulders add cornering grip.
- Rain-racing-inspired tread: the groove layout takes cues from racing rain tyres, clearing water efficiently and strengthening wet-road traction.
- Lightweight construction: a dedicated casing reduces tyre weight to support agile, responsive scooter handling.
Depending on the chosen size and vehicle approval, examples may include Yamaha TMAX, Honda Forza, Piaggio MP3, Suzuki Burgman and Kymco Xciting.
