Metzeler Tourance – adventure & enduro tyre
The Tourance is a versatile option for modern, road-oriented enduro motorcycles, combining durability, stability and manageable handling on asphalt and light off-road terrain. Its estimated use split is 85% road / 15% off-road.
The road-oriented design gives the rider a stable, predictable feel on longer tours, while the block pattern preserves traction for occasional unsealed routes.
- Durability: A silica-and-carbon-black compound and deep tread provide strong mileage while maintaining grip on dry and wet roads.
- Stability: In radial rear sizes, the 0° steel-belt construction and light carcass distribute forces evenly for stable high-speed behaviour and a consistent contact patch.
- Versatile handling: Suits different generations of road-biased enduro and dual-purpose motorcycles while retaining useful off-road characteristics.
- Traction and grip: Solid central tread blocks form a compact contact area for direct power transfer on the road without eliminating off-road drive.
