The Roadtec Z8 Interact offers precise, light handling and stable performance through varied weather and riding conditions.
The O specification retains the model’s sport-touring focus while addressing the fitment requirements of the motorcycles listed below and comparable approved applications. Its compound, belt and groove arrangement continue to balance wet grip, predictable cornering and resistance to wear for mixed-distance road use.
- Interact™ technology: Variable steel-belt tension gives a firmer centre for high-speed stability and more flexible shoulders for cornering grip.
- Greek π tread pattern: Its shaped grooves aid water clearance, tune tread stiffness and distribute pressure across the contact area at different lean angles.
- High-silica compound: Combines mechanical grip on different asphalt surfaces with mileage and resistance to wear.
Depending on size and motorcycle approval, compatible examples include Yamaha FJR1300, Honda VFR800, Kawasaki Z1000SX, Suzuki GSX-R750, Yamaha YZF-R6 and Honda CBR600RR.
Special O specification. This tyre and size were developed for BMW K 1200 R (6.00 rim), K12R, 1200; BMW K 1200 R Sport (6.00 rim), K12R, 1200; BMW K 1200 S (K40), K12S, 1200; and Kawasaki Z 1000 SX / ABS, ZXT00L, 1000. It may also suit other motorcycles, subject to size and vehicle approval.
