Metzeler Cruisetec (I) – custom, cruiser and touring rear tyre
The Metzeler Cruisetec gives heavy cruiser and custom motorcycles a more sporting character while retaining the stability and comfort required for touring.
- Dual-compound rear: Two rubber zones combine cornering grip with useful mileage.
- Water-clearing tread: The optimised pattern supports wet-road traction and predictable handling.
- Reinforced carcass: A stable structure maintains precise control through bends and at higher speeds.
Designed for paved-road touring and spirited riding in dry or wet conditions.
Suitable for heavy cruisers and custom motorcycles, including appropriate Harley-Davidson and Indian models, subject to tyre size and vehicle approval.
Special “I” specification developed for Indian Motorcycle Challenger (L, 1768), Challenger Dark Horse (L, 1768), Chief Dark Horse (1811), Chieftain Dark Horse 116 (1890), Pursuit Dark Horse / Limited (L, 1768), Roadmaster (T, 1890), Roadmaster Dark Horse (T, 1890), Roadmaster Elite (T, 1890), Roadmaster Limited (T, 1890), Springfield (1811) and Springfield Dark Horse (T, 1890). Other motorcycles require the correct size and approval.
