Metzeler Roadtec Z8 Interact (M) – sport-touring tyre
The Roadtec Z8 Interact combines accurate, easy steering with reassuring stability across varied weather and riding conditions.
Its construction is designed to respond progressively as lean angle changes, giving sport-touring riders predictable feedback on daily rides and extended journeys. The combination also helps the tyre remain composed when pace, weather and road surface vary over the course of a tour.
- Interact™ technology: Patented multi-tension steel belting places greater tension at the centre for high-speed stability and less at the shoulders for cornering flexibility and grip.
- Greek π tread pattern: The groove arrangement clears water, adjusts tread stiffness and manages pressure across the contact patch at different lean angles.
- High-silica compound: Delivers mechanical grip on varied asphalt together with useful mileage and wear resistance.
Depending on the selected size and motorcycle approval, compatible examples include Yamaha FJR1300, Honda VFR800, Kawasaki Z1000SX, Suzuki GSX-R750, Yamaha YZF-R6 and Honda CBR600RR.
The Z8 (M) and (O) specifications use a bi-compound construction for improved wet performance and added reassurance.
