Heidenau K44 – Classic touring tyre
Created for vintage motorcycles, the K44 recalls tread designs from the late 1960s through the late 1970s. Modern compounds and construction add stable road behaviour and accurate handling without losing the period look.
- The tyre is well suited to leisure rides and touring on paved roads.
- Interrupted centre ribs improve water dispersal, helping the K44 retain dependable grip in wet conditions.
- Paired with a Heidenau K36, the K44 may be used as a front tyre to create balanced handling.
Especially suitable for classic motorcycles from the late 1960s to late 1970s. Depending on size and approval, examples include BMW R75/5, Honda CB 750 Four, Yamaha XS 650 and Kawasaki Z1.
