Bridgestone Battlax RS12 – road-approved hypersport tyre
Developed under a “From Circuit to Street” philosophy, the RS12 is Bridgestone’s most aggressive road-approved hypersport tyre to date. Endurance-racing technology supports riders seeking maximum asphalt grip and precision.
- A new racing compound generates strong dry traction during acceleration, braking and deep lean, while maintaining consistent behaviour over repeated fast laps.
- The front tyre’s HE-MS Belt distributes pressure more evenly through the footprint, improving braking and turn-in grip while maintaining stability under load.
- A lower negative tread ratio creates more rubber-to-road contact for grip at lean and accurate behaviour at corner entry and exit.
- 3LC, Cap&Base, RC Polymer and NanoPro-Tech combine firmer centre rubber for stability and durability with softer shoulders for corner grip, while controlling silica distribution across temperatures.
- Rapid warm-up produces useful traction quickly. Stable braking feedback, corner grip and consistency make the RS12 suitable for sporting roads and track days.
