Bridgestone Battlax S22 (G) – hypersport tyre
The Battlax Hypersport S22 is a premium sports tyre for demanding road riding and occasional circuit sessions, combining grip, stability and improved wet-road performance.
- Enhanced wet grip: New, higher-silica compounds provide 5% more wet traction than the preceding S21.
- Faster dry cornering: Revised construction permits up to 15% higher corner speeds on dry surfaces.
- 3LC and 5LC technology: The front uses 3-Layer Compound technology, with a firm centre for stability and mileage and softer shoulders for cornering grip. The rear employs 5-Layer Compound technology with three compounds for different riding demands.
- Mono Spiral Belt (MSB): Even pressure distribution improves high-speed stability and rider feedback.
The S22 is intended for modern supersport and naked motorcycles, delivering precise feedback on winding roads and during occasional track days.
Special “G” specification. This tyre model and size were developed for Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX (ZXT02K, 1000), Kawasaki Z 1000 SX (ZXT00W, 1000) and Kawasaki Z 1000 SX / ABS (ZXT00G, 1000). Depending on approval, it may also suit other motorcycles.
