Bridgestone Battlax S22 (G) – hypersport tyre
The premium Battlax Hypersport S22 is intended for demanding road riding and occasional track days, bringing together accurate feedback, stability and wet-road grip.
- Improved wet traction: Higher-silica compounds provide 5% more wet grip than the earlier S21.
- Greater dry corner speed: Revised construction permits up to 15% higher cornering speeds on dry tarmac.
- 3LC and 5LC compounds: The front uses a firm centre and softer shoulders across 3 layers, while the rear uses 5 layers and three compounds to balance stability, mileage and lean-angle grip.
- Mono Spiral Belt (MSB): Distributes pressure evenly to improve high-speed stability and feedback.
Designed for modern supersport and naked motorcycles on winding roads and occasional circuit sessions.
Special “G” specification developed for Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX (ZXT02K, 1000), Z 1000 SX (ZXT00W, 1000) and Z 1000 SX / ABS (ZXT00G, 1000). Other fitments require the correct size and approval.
