Bridgestone Battlax S22 (M) – hypersport tyre
The premium Battlax Hypersport S22 is designed for demanding road riding and occasional circuit sessions. It combines precise feedback, stable high-speed behaviour and stronger wet traction for modern supersport and naked motorcycles.
- Wet grip: Newly developed compounds with higher silica content improve wet-road traction by 5% compared with the S21.
- Dry corner speed: Optimised construction permits up to 15% higher cornering speeds on dry tarmac, providing more confident sporting response.
- 3LC and 5LC: The front uses two rubber compounds across 3 layers, with a stable centre and grippier shoulders. The rear uses 5 layers and three compounds to balance mileage, stability and traction at different lean angles.
- Mono Spiral Belt (MSB): Creates more even pressure distribution and contributes to high-speed composure and clear rider feedback.
The S22 maintains accurate handling on winding roads while remaining practical for everyday sporting use and occasional track days.
