When submitting a request, please provide your name, email address and order number. After we have received your request, we will review it and send return instructions by email if the products have already been shipped or delivered.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or other information that allows us to identify the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method after the returned products have been received and checked.
